Billy Wayne Newell Obituary (1958 - 2022)

Billy Wayne Newell was born on February 11, 1958 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Lloyd Andrew and Mary Alice Newell. He passed from his earthly life on October 14, 2022 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Billy grew up in Sand Springs and graduated from Charles Page High School with the Class of 1978. He was also a graduate of OSU Institute of Technology, Class of 1986, with a technical degree in HVAC services. Billy was known for being able to fix anything and was a true handyman. He preferred to work everyday doing things such a house repairs, rebuilding cars, working on air conditioners and taking care of the constant honey do list. His hobbies included fishing, hunting and repairing cars. Billy is survived by his wife, Valerie (Vestal) Newell; sons, Andrew Newell, Shane Newell and Sean Newell; sister, Janet Stafford. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Mary Newell. Services for Billy have been entrusted to the care of Dillon Funeral Service, Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
