Jimmy D. Garrison passed from this life on August 29, 2020 in Sand Springs, OK. He was born on September 28, 1942 to Louis Martin Garrison and Bessie Parnell Garrison in Muskogee, OK. He grew up and attended school in Hulbert, OK later moving to California then to Sand Springs, OK. Jimmie loved music, his family, woodworking and camping. He was especially fond of his nieces and nephews. He is survived by 4 stepdaughters: Diana Graves of Sand Springs, OK, Robbin Douglas of Claremore, OK, Cathey Raines of Bixby, OK and Lynnette Crawford of Sand Springs, OK, 5 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Jimmie is also survived 3 nieces: Kathy Goad of Burden, KS, Sharon Barton of Sapulpa, OK, Trina Skinner of Tulsa, OK, and 1 nephew: Mike Hales of Buford, GA He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Jeanie Garrison and 2 sisters, Barbara Skinner and Betty Hales. Services for Jimmie have been entrusted to Dillon Funeral Service, Sand Springs, OK.
