He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Lena Garrison and Wanda Phillips, son, Larry Jo Henley. Joel is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ethel May Henley, daughter, Terry West, brother, Nelson Henley, sisters, Kay Hurst and Theda Doss, grandchildren, Wendy cloud and husband John, Tracy Lucas, Monty West and wife Tara, Misty Petree and husband Jason, great grandchildren, Chasitie Seaton and husband Justin, McKenzie Martin and fiance Kasey Jenkins, Alyssa Petree, Jo Petree, JD Petree, Wesley Miller, Bella West, Wyatt West, Ellie West and Chisom Cloud. great-great grandchild, Max Seaton. Paul Bearers are John Cloud, Josh Petree, Wesley Miller, JD Petree, Jo Petree, Justin Seaton and Brian Baucom.
