Lynita Corinne Brock Obituary (1926 - 2020)

Lynita Kennemer Brock was born on November 17, 1926 to Robert Emmitt and Lucille (Smith) Kennemer. She entered into the arms of Jesus on August 8, 2020. Born in Wildhorse OK, the family later moved to Tulsa, OK where they lived on the West Side and Lynita graduated from Webster High School. Lynita married Raymond T Brock on September 2, 1949. Throughout there marriage, they lived in a variety of places including Nigeria, West Africa where they served as missionaries and taught at the Assembly of Gods Bible School. Stateside, they lived in Illinois, Missouri, Texas, California, Colorado and eventually settled back in their native Oklahoma. Lynita was preceeded in death by her husband, Raymond, her daughter Andre Joan Brock, her brother Harold Kennemer and sisters Lucille Hanlin, Juanita Warnock and Mariana Wilkerson. Lynita is surved by 2 brothers, Dean Kennemer (Sand Springs) Glen Ray Kennemer (Glen Pool), daughter Cindy Johnson (Tulsa), son Robert Brock (Columbia, TN), 8 grandchildren and 9 (soon to be 10) great grand children.
