Ruby Anne

Ruby Anne Gee, age 65 of Sand Springs, passed from this life on Sunday, January 6, 2012 in Tulsa. Ruby was born to Wes and Maxine (Barnes) Williams on November 30, 1947 in Yoncalla, Oregon. She moved from Oregon to Bristow with her family at a young age and then to Sand Springs. She graduated from Sand Springs High School in 1965 and entered the United States Women?s Army Corps. After the Army Ruby married Gary Gee on June 14, 1968 in Sand Springs at the True Baptist Church. She had taught Sunday school and youth Church until her health wouldn?t allow her to continue teaching. Ruby loved her family, cooking, her husband of 44 years, and being with her grandkids. She is survived by her husband Gary Gee of the home, two sons Gary Gee Jr., and wife Tammy of Sapulpa and Alan Gee and wife Patricia of Buford, Georgia, a brother Larry R. Williams of Bristow and a sister Kathy Williams of Glenpool. Also surviving Ruby are two grandchildren Justin and Amalie Gee of Buford, Georgia. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Lawrence Eugene Williams and a sister Clara Diane Wenzel.
