Shelly Jeanette Cullum was born on October 24th, 1977 in Tulsa, OK to Hershal Lee and Bobbie Jeanette Clark. She departed this life on January 27, 2022 at her home in Oilton, OK. Shelly loved spending time with her family. She was a Cosmetologist by trade and enjoyed camping and fishing. She also loved to bake. Shelly was preceded in death by her nephew, Hershel Lee Clark, III She is survived by her parents; daughters, Alyssa Jeanette Clark, Shailey Marie Clark and Carly Elizabeth Cullum; granddaughter, Teagan Elizabeth Anderson; sisters, Kimberly Trapane, Karen Miller and Christina Lee Smith; brothers, Hershel Lee Clark III and Chad Andrew Clark. Funeral services for Shelly have been entrusted to the care of Dillon Funeral Service in Sand Springs, OK.
