Carl Ray Davis was born on March 27th, 1941, to parents Garland and Nola Davis, in\nOklahoma City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Ripley High School and went into the\nArmy. He served our country from January 28th,1961 until he was honorably\ndischarged November 27th, 1966. Carl passed on September 11th, 2022, peacefully\nhis home, surrounded by both of his daughters.\n\nCarl is proceeded in death by his late wife Bonnie Sue Davis, mother of Angie and\nMichele, his most recent wife, Judy Davis who passed away from Cancer while they\nlived in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also leaves behind his girlfriend Madge Ralston, whom\nhe loved dearly. He was her "sweetheart."\n\nCarl is survived his children Angie Travis and husband Raymond Travis of Tulsa,\nOklahoma and Michele Horne of Tulsa, Oklahoma and his sister-in-law, Connie\nDeBruin, his nephew Nic and his wife Candi DeBruin of Tulsa, Oklahoma.\n\nCarl had three Grandchildren, Bridget Grubb and husband Cody Grubb of Tulsa,\nOklahoma, Tiffany Horne and husband Trinadad Torres of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Hunter\nRichards and wife Morgan Richards of Sapulpa, Oklahoma.\n\nCarl had five Great grandchildren, Lillianna Torres, Jaycee Grubb, Sophia Torres,\nBradley Richards, and Dawson Richards.\n\nCarl was retired when he passed, but of course loved to stay busy. He worked part\ntime at Odessa Auto Auction before he passed and was a carpenter for many years. He\nalso owned a boat business and a few grocery/gas stations... also known as "Carl's\nQuick Stop".\n\nIn Carl's early days, he enjoyed race cars, watching sports, fishing and hunting,\ncooking, gambling, dancing, playing pool and having a few drinks. Carl knew how to\nhave a good time and he was always the life of the party.\n\nIn his last few years, not much had changed, aside from to fact that he enjoyed\nwatching his great grand kids in sports activities and spending time with loved ones.
