Pamela was born on December 7, 1962 in Casper, Wyoming to Howard Douglas Powers and Fannie Jane Powers. Pamela was preceded in death by both parents. She is survived by her husband, Brian Osborn of the home, son, Brandon Osborn and wife, Natalie, of Sand Springs, OK, grandson, Ryan Osborn of Sand Springs, OK and her sister, Carol Powers and husband, Rob, of Richmond, VA. Pamela had many interests and hobbies in life which included motorcycle riding, reading and knitting, camping and spending time with her family.
